Thanks to everyone who has visited my blog recently and special thanks to those who have left a comment. I’ve been so busy with everything lately, I haven’t been able to update this blog as much as I’d like. I’ll be sure to visit all your fine blogs to see what’s being posted soon.
However, this is one of the many bridges that cross the River Seine in Paris. The Pont Alexandre III is my favourite of them all. You can get a nice shot of the Eiffel Tower from here (and I did!) and the detail on the bridge with all the carved statues and gold colouring is stunning.
Theres very little to say about the beauty of this City. Along with Venice, Italy, are there more picturesque Cities than these?
Nice shot, Marc. The gold coloring really pops against the overall grey tones of the rest of the image. Have you enhanced them in any way or is this just the result of your standard processing?
Thanks Marc, yes they have been enhanced slightly.
That bridge is crazy ornate. Such beautiful details. Nice job sir.
Wow, Marc. What fancy detail. Love this perspective. Very nicely done!
Wow, the gold trim really pops out against the gray background of the bridgework. Very nice Marc!
What a fantastic capture. I love the sky in this photo. I am headed to Europe in a few days. Hopefully, I have time to visit Paris!
Beautiful detailing in the bridge, Marc
This is wonderful! I love the gold touches!
Beautiful shot. The gold really pops!
